Common Guides are short and target a functionality used by most programs, such as Client Search.
Program Guides are comprehensive instructions for navigating and operating VIVÉ specific to that program. The Program Guides include all related common guides into a single document.
What about Access to PRISM?
NYC Aging plans to merge the functionality and reports of PRISM into VIVÉ. PRISM users will be updated as functionality is migrated to VIVÉ and when PRISM will be retired.
